Tempered Glass
Belonging to safe glass, Tempering Glass is a kind of prestressed glass. To improve the strength of glass, chemical or physical ways are applied to form pressure stress on the surface of glass. When shocked, the pressure stress on the surface is firstly offset so as toimprove the bearing capacity, wind pressure resistance, cold and summer heat being as well as impact and so on. 


Features of Liangze Tempered Glass

Safety	After broken of Tempered Glass, due to its release of innerstress,fragments are graininess. At the same time,the edges of chips are perpendicular to the surface,which means the side faces of fragments are at right angle to the surface. Without sharp edges,Tempering Glass will make small harm to human body so as to be relatively safe.
Heat-resisting Impact	According to permanent stress layer formulated in the interior by thermal processing,Tempering Glass has excellent heat-resisting impact performance by enduring temperature revulsion of 200ºC.
Wind pressure resistance	The strength of glass after tempered is three to five times higher than that of common annealed glass.
