Q: How is your glass packaged? Is it secure?
A: Our glass is meticulously packaged in robust, seaworthy plywood crates with paper interleave for added protection. These crates are expertly packed by workers boasting over a decade of loading experience, ensuring every shipment is secure. We provide loading pictures for your reassurance.

Q: What payment options do you offer?
A: We accept a 30% T/T deposit with a final 70% due post-receipt of the B/L copy. For smaller or bespoke orders, full T/T payment upfront is preferred. We also welcome L/C at sight.
For smaller or custom orders, a complete advance payment is required. Available payment methods include T/T or L/C at sight.

Q: Can you provide samples free of charge?
A: Yes, we are delighted to offer complimentary samples. For larger, tailored samples, production costs may apply.
