Q: How is your glass packaged, and is it safe?
A: Our glass is encased in robust, seaworthy plywood crates, enhanced with paper interleave for additional protection. These crates, packed by seasoned workers with over a decade of experience, ensure the utmost safety of every shipment. We provide loading pictures for your assurance.

Q: What are the payment terms you offer?
A: We require a 30% T/T deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the B/L copy. For smaller or customized orders, full advance payment via T/T is preferred. L/C at sight is also accepted.
For smaller or custom-made orders, a 100% advance payment is required. Payments can be made via T/T or L/C at sight.

Q: Is it possible to receive a free sample?
A: Yes, we are delighted to provide complimentary samples. If you need a larger size customized to your requirements, production costs will apply.
