Q: Are customized production services available?
A: Indeed! Our expert technical team specializes in creating bespoke glass solutions tailored precisely to your specifications.

Q: What are your packaging standards for glass? Are they secure?
A: Our glass is carefully encased in durable, seaworthy plywood crates, which include paper interleaves for added protection. These robust crates are managed by skilled staff with over ten years of experience in meticulous loading and securing. We ensure the utmost safety and provide loading images for your assurance.

Q: What terms of payment do you offer?
A: We require a 30% T/T deposit before production begins, with the remaining 70% due upon receiving the B/L copy. For smaller or bespoke orders, full prepayment via T/T is preferred, and L/C at sight is also accepted.
For smaller or custom orders, a 100% advance payment is needed. We accept payments via T/T or L/C at sight.

A: Absolutely, we are delighted to offer a complimentary sample. For larger, customized sizes, production costs apply.
